What is Spiritual Direction
As a spiritual director, I am a listening and prayerful companion for people as they walk with God. He loves you deeply and desires you to become even more aware and see ways to respond to His loving presence in your everyday life experiences. I would be honored to share this time and space with you.
Spiritual direction is to companion others who are becoming more fully who they have been created to be, sinking their roots deeper into the living waters of God’s grace and bearing fruit in the world.

Spiritual Direction Sessions
I believe that everyone can find time with a spiritual director formative; in each monthly session, we trust the Holy Spirit to be guiding and directing our time and conversation. My experience thus far is with women, though I am open to offering direction to men.
If you want someone to listen and companion you as you grow in your awareness of God’s presence and where He is at work in your life, I will be honored to come along side you.
If you find yourself in or near the season where your children are leaving the “nest,” it would be a blessing to be a companion for you as you discern what opportunities and invitations God has for you.
If you have interest in combining Spiritual Direction and being with God outside in His Creation, it would be a gift to offer you this time and space.

About Me
I am a ministry wife, a former school teacher, and a mother of 4 adult children. Life-giving activities for me include being outside walking, running, and sitting enjoying a cup of coffee. Recently, I had the privilege of walking a pilgrimage of the last 200 miles of the Camino de Santiago in Spain.
As my children grew and left the “nest,” I began a period of discernment to see ways God might be calling me in the next season of life. At that time, I sensed a call to receive training to become a spiritual director. I completed a two-year training program to become a certified spiritual director through the Institute of Christian Spirituality which is a part of Lipscomb University.
